I think they do have the right because if they feel that strongly about it they should be able to do what they want

I think hes going to try to leave, and they will shoot him. Or he's going to do a lot of hard labor and hes gonna get really sick and probably die. Or they're going to go back and try to save him

my favorite winter activity is not doing anything. its my favorite because im lazy and the snow gives me an excuse not to do anything. so yeah
