I think it is an eyesore because a lot of people are causing issues in Lincoln Park and it gives Portland an even worse reputation. People just camping out and just staying in the park makes Portland makes it look even more ghetto than everyone seems to think. They say they're protesting but like they said in the article, sitting around all day with a few signs is not protesting.
